- A $15 membership fee is required for all new accounts. Your first month’s billing will include this charge. Inactive accounts (180 days of no billed subscription) will be subject to paying the membership fee again.
- In order to join, you must supply us with a valid Visa, Mastercard or American Express number.
- All accounts are billed on a calendar monthly basis in advance and your exact monthly bill depends on the basket size you selected, the number of delivery weeks within the month and the frequency of your delivery. If your membership starts in the middle of a month, your first month’s bill will be prorated for the number of remaining deliveries in that month.
- The delivery fee is included in the weekly basket price.
- You can either pay your driver (cash or check) on the first delivery of the month or have your monthly subscription payment billed to your credit card. If we do not receive payment on the first delivery of the month, we will automatically bill your card for your monthly subscription fee.
- The thermal delivery bags are the property of Palmetto Organics. We ask that you return the prior week’s bag when your new delivery arrives. We clean the bags and reuse them. All of the bags are tagged for the individual customer so we will never send you another member’s bag.
- You can cancel or delay a weekly delivery for no charge by calling or e-mailing us three business days prior to your delivery day. You must receive a return confirmation e-mail from us to validate the delayed or cancelled delivery.
- We stand behind our produce. If you are ever not 100% satisfied with an item in the weekly basket, please contact us and we give you a credit for any items which were not of superior quality.
